BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
1. If you need to cancel your booking, you will receive a refund under the following conditions:
Any cancellation made more than 14 days before the date of the activity, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid (except for bank fees charged by the bank).
Any cancellation made less than 10 days before the date of the activity will incur a charge of 30% of the total amount of the service.
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the date of the activity, or in the event that the client does not show up on the agreed date and time, no refund will be made.
2. If you need to modify your booking, you must contact ESCAPE ANDORRA directly by telephone +376 355 451 / +376 379 107 or email email@example.com, at least 72 hours before the start of the activity. This modification will only be possible during the 6 months following the purchase of the specific service. In the event that the client does not carry out this modification during the following 6 months, he/she will lose any right to enjoy the contracted service.
3. The characteristics of the activity, such as date and time, may be subject to modifications by ESCAPE ANDORRA. These modifications must be previously accepted by the clients. If they are not, the service contract will be automatically cancelled and ESCAPE ANDORRA will have to refund the total amount of the price of the activity that the customer has already paid.
4. ESCAPE ANDORRA reserves the right to modify the day and times of the service depending on weather conditions. In the event that the activity has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, the client may carry out the same activity on another date, during the following 6 months and always agreed by both parties.
